PRACTICE STRATEGIST ·  CEDAR COAST COLLECTIVE

Practice strategy for allied health practitioners and practice owners across Canada.

I work with mental health therapists, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, and other allied health practitioners across Canada — from solo private practioners to growth-stage clinics — to figure out what isn't working and build it so it does. Websites, systems, and operations that convert, run smoothly, and support a practice that's sustainable long-term.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You went into this work for the clinical side, but somewhere along the way, you also became the person responsible for everything underneath it.

You might be here because:

Your website isn't bringing in the right inquiries — or any inquiries at all.

You're getting inquiries but they're not converting the way they should.

The intake process is heavier than it needs to be — for you, your team, and your clients.

The operational side runs — but only because you're personally holding all of it.

Your messaging no longer reflects where the practice actually is.

You're starting a new practice and want to get the foundations right from the start.

I work best with values-led practitioners who want more than someone to execute a task list. If you're looking for a thinking partner — someone who will ask the right questions, push back when something isn't landing, and work alongside you to get it right.

WHAT I DO

Strategy & build, together.

I work with allied health practitioners and private practice owners across Canada to figure out why things feel heavy and find the best path forward. That might mean a website audit to improve conversion, a cleaner onboarding system, or building strong foundations for a new practice or program launch.

I don't hand you a strategy document and leave you to implement it alone. I think it through with you and build it out — inside your existing platforms, with you and your team.

CUSTOMIZED SUPPORT

What we can work on together.

Websites and Digital Presence

New builds, redesigns, audits, and page refreshes that convert visitors into inquiries and reflect where your practice is and who you serve.

Operational Foundation

Intake systems, admin workflows, SOPs, and documentation sorted, tightened, and built out so things run consistently — without you personally holding all of it.

Full Practice Build

Programs, brand, operations, and team documentation built together as one cohesive foundation.

Your practice is unique — your clients, your team, your goals and values — and the support should reflect that. I won't lock you into something big upfront. We can start with a single project, see how we work together, and build from there.

Starting a new practice?

Setting things up well from the start makes everything smoother — for you and your clients. The right website, messaging, and intake systems can help improve conversion and retention, and set you up to sustainably grow. If you're opening a new practice or just starting out, I'd love to hear from you.

HOW THIS WORK IS DIFFERENT

Clinical fluency,
not generic business advise.

Allied health practices operate inside a specific regulatory environment — and the nuance varies significantly depending on the setting. I've worked across multidisciplinary clinics, private practices, psychology practices, fertility clinics, sleep clinics, and pediatric clinics. Each brings its own funding models, insurance considerations, modalities, and compliance requirements.

What stays constant is the people coming through the door — often navigating something difficult, vulnerable, or complex. That shapes everything from how messaging is written to how intake systems are designed. I understand that context, and I build with it in mind.

Thinking and building.

You won't get a strategy document to implement on your own. I sit down with you to understand the whole picture, and then I build it out with you. The thinking and the doing happen in the same engagement.

Designed for your whole life.

The goal isn't a bigger practice. It's one that converts well, runs smoothly, and doesn't quietly depend on you for everything — so you can do the clinical work you came to do without the business consuming the rest of your life.

ABOUT

The person behind the build.

I'm Angie Lamb — a practice strategist and certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) based in Vancouver, BC.

I came to this work with a long history of burnout. That's not a footnote — it's the reason I care so much about building structure that protects practitioners from carrying more than they should.

Almost a decade inside Canadian clinical environments — moving from in-house clinic administration and management to clinical VA work to the strategic, hands-on practice support I do today.

A RECENT PROJECT

Five months,
one integrated build.

A practice owner in British Columbia came to me with a clear clinical vision and a practice that couldn't hold it yet. The programs they wanted to offer existed in their head — the frameworks, the language, the patient pathways — but none of it had been built out. The messaging didn't reflect where the practice was headed. And they were carrying nearly all of it alone.

Over five months, we built the infrastructure to match the vision. That meant developing the website copy and messaging strategy, structuring the clinical programs and patient pathways, and creating the materials to support them. It meant writing the admin SOPs and team training documentation so every person in the practice could deliver a consistent experience. Designing the intake workflows and onboarding automations. Developing the video sales letter and overseeing production through to final delivery. And building a detailed pre- and post-launch plan — team development, marketing, and the indicators to watch.

The practice now has a complete, cohesive foundation. Programs documented. Messaging aligned. Systems in place. A team that knows how everything runs. What had been living in one person's head is now something the whole practice can operate on.

Super kind, super capable, hyper-organized, amazing communication, easy to work with, truly cares about the quality of work and relationship that she develops with her client. Most important of all — allows me to sleep at night, knowing that she is holding my project and I don't have to worry about balls being dropped. It is a no-brainer to connect and benefit from Angie's skills and potential to bring your project to places you'd never get it on your own.

If something here resonated, the first step is always a conversation —  a chance to talk through where your practice is and where you want it to go.
