WORKING TOGETHER

Project Support for Health Practitioners Across Canada

Every project begins with a conversation. We talk through where your practice is, what's creating friction, and what you need to reach your goals.

There are no fixed packages to choose from. The work is shaped around your practice, your stage, and what will move things forward.

This is how we begin.

STEP ONE

A Complementary Call.

A 30–45 minute conversation about your practice — where things stand, where they're straining, and where you want to go.

STEP TWO

Figure Out the Scope.

After our call, I'll put together a detailed proposal — what the project includes, my recommendations, the timeline, and the investment. We can work through the scope together to make sure it suits your needs and is realistic for your budget, timeline, and goals. And if it makes sense to start with a smaller piece before committing to the full thing, we can do that too.

STEP THREE

Build It, Together.

Together, we think through all the details and build it out inside your existing platforms, working with your team when needed — they're a key part of what makes this work. I don't hand over a strategy document and leave you to implement it alone. I'm in the work with you.

THE KINDS OF WORK I DO

The work is shaped around your practice.

I work with you to figure out what you need to reach your goals — every project depends on where your practice is and where you want to go.

Websites and Digital Presence

New builds, redesigns, audits, and page refreshes that convert visitors into the right inquiries and reflect where your practice actually is and who you serve.

Operational Foundation

Intake systems, admin workflows, SOPs, and documentation sorted, tightened, and built out so things run consistently — without you personally holding all of it.

Program Development

Taking what's in your head and building it into something structured, documented, and ready for your team and clients to move through.

Branding and Messaging

Positioning, brand voice, website copy, and compliant messaging that reflects where the practice is and meets your regulatory requirements.

Design and Visual Collateral

Website reskins and design, branded cards, promotional materials, and other visual assets that need to look cohesive and stay within your regulatory requirements.

Hiring and Onboarding Support

The operational groundwork before bringing on your first clinician: demand analysis, onboarding documentation, team communication structures, and the infrastructure to support someone else.

Full Practice Build

Programs, brand, operations, and team documentation built together as one cohesive foundation.

The work is entirely personalized — it might be a specific technical fix, an audit, a single deliverable, or a full build. We figure out the right scope together.

HOW THE WORK GETS DONE

I work directly in the platforms your practice already uses — including Jane App, Owl Practice, Honeybook, Kajabi, Keap, Wix, and Squarespace. That means forms, intake workflows, email automations, and templates get built inside your existing software — ready to use when we're done.

When a project calls for other specialists — a web designer, a videographer, an SEO strategist — I work with them directly to bring the vision to life. You don't need to manage the back-and-forth or translate between vendors. That's part of what I hold.

SCOPE

What falls outside of this work.

To keep the work focused and the results sharp, there are a few things that fall outside these projects: direct team training or oversight, clinical content decisions (that's always yours), hiring or HR management, ongoing retainer or VA support, advanced SEO and LLM, and custom web development outside of Wix or Squarespace.

I build on Wix and Squarespace specifically because they're designed for non-developers — once we're done, you can update your own site without needing to hire someone every time something changes.

A RECENT PROJECT

What this looks like in practice.

A recent five-month project with an allied health practice owner included: website messaging strategy, clinical program development and materials, admin SOPs, team training documents, intake workflows, email automations, a video sales letter, and a full pre- and post-launch plan. What had been living entirely in the owner's head became something the whole practice could run on.

"Allows me to sleep at night, knowing that she is holding my project and I don't have to worry about balls being dropped. A no-brainer to benefit from Angie's skills and potential to bring your project to places you'd never get it on your own."

If something here resonated, the first step is always a conversation —  a chance to talk through where your practice is and where you want it to go.
